New Research Award From NIST

🎉 Exciting News from the Lab for Intelligent Metrology Systems at the University of Cincinnati! We're honored to announce that we've been awarded a new project sponsored by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

With objectives to model complex process-to-process interactions and their impacts on product yield, our innovative research will develop novel Stream-of-Quality (SoQ) analytics. These advancements will drive root-cause analysis and enhance inter-process quality control, pushing the boundaries of current manufacturing technologies.
